Every service includes organized documentation built around the work actually performed. Flow testing, backflow testing, pressure recording, inspections, flushing support, and system assessments each receive the records appropriate to that scope.
Flow test documentation presents measured static, residual, and pitot pressures; calculated discharge and available flow at 20 PSI; water supply curves when applicable; test configuration; hydrant photographs; maps; GPS locations; and recorded elevation and distance information.
PFS completes the applicable backflow testing documentation, handles submission to the water provider or responsible authority, and provides a copy for the customer’s records. Pressure recording reports present the observation interval, location, pressure history, notable changes, and known limitations.
System assessments, hydrant inspections, flushing support, and municipal programs can include hydrant inventories, locations, maps, photographs, field observations, requested testing, and organized follow up items.
