Plan service in our 47-state service area
PFS coordinates hydrant flow testing, pressure recording, municipal field programs, annual inspection support, flushing support, and system assessments across 47 U.S. states. Project location, access, authority coordination, crew requirements, and reporting needs are confirmed before mobilization. Share the system boundary, hydrant count, priority locations, available asset records, utility contact, preferred field window, and the records needed for each hydrant so a phased program can be scoped consistently.
Plan the municipal program
We can discuss hydrant count, priority areas, testing or inspection intervals, available asset records, desired reporting, scheduling, resident coordination, and review procedures before field work begins.
Keep field information tied to the asset
Pressure and flow results, hydrant observations, identifiers, locations, maps, photographs, deficiencies, priorities, reports, and follow up status can be organized around the attributes selected by the municipality.
Scalable asset identification in the field
PFS can provide scannable hydrant asset tags connected to live authorized records. Water personnel can scan the tag in the field to confirm the asset, review current released inspection information, and keep future inspection updates tied to the correct hydrant.
Your system requirements come first
Work is coordinated around applicable local procedures, water authority requirements, operating permissions, site conditions, recognized testing practices, and the municipality’s record review and release process.
Confirm the location and scope
PFS is based in Pelham, Alabama and coordinates national mobilization across 47 U.S. states. The service request identifies the actual water supplier, operating permissions, access, schedule, and deliverable. A city mailing address alone does not determine the water authority or its procedures.
